Login and Navigation

This chapter explains how users sign in, switch between application areas, and use the common navigation elements.

Typical Steps​

  • Open the centraQuest URL provided by the organization.
  • Sign in with the assigned user account or single sign-on method.
  • Select the required client or mandate if the installation is multi-client enabled.
  • Use the left navigation, top search, and application shortcuts to open documents, dashboards, and tasks.

The visible menu entries depend on roles, permissions, and enabled modules. If a menu item is missing, the most common reasons are missing roles, an inactive module, or client-specific visibility restrictions.
