Roles and Visibility
Users only see documents, tasks, menu entries, and actions that match their roles and object permissions.
Visibility Rules
Visibility can depend on:
- user roles,
- client or mandate assignments,
- document ACLs,
- workflow responsibility,
- substitutions,
- module-specific feature switches.
If a user can see a document but cannot edit it, read permission is present but write permission is missing.
